Dado que nuestras pi\u00f1as est\u00e1n secadas al sol en verano, nuestra c\u00e1scara est\u00e1 totalmente seca y con un muy bajo \u00edndice de humedad. Es el propio sol el que elimina la humedad de forma totalmente natural.<\/p><p>La c\u00e1scara de pi\u00f1a contiene un alto poder calor\u00edfico,\u00a0 <strong>3.5 kcal\/kg,<\/strong> y un muy bajo
